Good/Fair overall vintage condition with expected use. Can be used as is. Wear to finish throughout including lacquer finish on top surfaces and legs including minor scuffs. Light scratches to glass present. All normal expected wear from normal use in a home for a piece of the period. One wheel does not rotate as smooth as others. The lower shelf on the cart is also functional as a removable tray with beautiful brass handles. One bumper on the bottom of tray is missing.
