Appears to have retained original slunk skin upholstery, which is mostly soiled including foam deterioration, rips tears, loss at edges and other imperfections. Rear back shock mount has been reglued. Original screws, glides and shock mounts underneath chair. Remnants of tacked on foil paper label.
